The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking a Manager Reconstruction Delivery to lead a team of technical experts in managing external providers, delivering crucial infrastructure projects, and providing invaluable civil and engineering expertise. Your role will be instrumental in coordinating with delivery agencies to ensure seamless project execution, with a focus on disaster mitigation, adaptation, and reconstruction.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with councils and other delivery agencies, influencing and leading efforts to drive positive change in disaster response and reconstruction across the State!

About You

We are looking for a leader with

• Technical experience with a strong background in civil engineering or related field, coupled with hands-on experience in client-side management of public infrastructure projects.
• A proven track record of fostering collaboration and building relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
• The ability to navigate complex challenges and provide expert advice in infrastructure delivery, particularly in the context of disaster response and reconstruction.
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery and management of projects and programs of work in a public infrastructure context.
