About the role
As the Manager, Program Performance & Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the tracking, evaluation, and reporting of disaster recovery funding programs, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in program delivery.
This role will work closely with internal teams, government agencies, and local councils to support the effective management of funding under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and other relevant programs.
Your work will help ensure that communities affected by disasters receive timely and well-managed support, contributing to infrastructure resilience, mitigation efforts, and long-term recovery.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping communities recover and prepare for future disasters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality program oversight and performance reporting. Our ideal candidate will possess:

A strong experience in funding program oversight, data analysis, and performance reporting, ideally in an infrastructure or disaster recovery context.

An ability to develop and implement program monitoring frameworks, reporting dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration, particularly with local councils, government agencies, and emergency management groups.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and areas for program improvement.

Knowledge of disaster recovery funding processes (e.g., DRFA), grant administration, or public sector infrastructure programs is highly desirable.

Familiarity with program management tools, reporting systems, and data visualization platforms.
