Salary: $ 125,693.00 - $ 138,510.00pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role

As a Manager, Services & Programs (MOSP), you’ll take charge of a dedicated team delivering life-changing services and programs to people in custody. What you’ll do

As the Manager, Services & Programs (MOSP), you will oversee a team of Offender Services & Programs (OS&P) staff, ensuring the effective delivery of case management, services, and accredited programs. You will:

  • Inspire and lead your team to implement services and programs tailored to the needs of individuals in custody.
  • Oversee case management processes to deliver impactful interventions, paving the way for successful reintegration into the community.
  • Optimise resources and deliver results, ensuring services meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide professional supervision and guidance, fostering growth, collaboration, and resilience within your team.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders and stakeholders to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and driving high performance.
  • Expertise in behavioural change theory and practice, along with offender case management principles.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
  • A passion for collaboration and the capacity to create cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in behavioural science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 

Essential requirements

A current NSW driver’s license and the willingness to travel overnight when required.
