  • Clerk Grade 11/12, Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $145,378 - $168,130 + super 

 

 

About the role 

As the Manager of State Disaster Mitigation Projects, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering on projects that support key outcomes of the State Disaster Mitigation Plan for the benefit of NSW communities. Your responsibilities will include project research, analysis and reporting, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

 

 

What we’re looking for 

The successful candidate will have the capability to lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, including insurance sector projects, where you’ll be identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required agency outcomes. 

 

 

Essential requirements 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams  

  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills. 

  • Experience in a managerial capacity leading and managing team members. 

  • Experience delivering multiple, complex projects in line with agreed standards and objectives, given tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities.
