Clerk General Scale salary ranging from $34,231 to $67,006pa. (pro-rata)

 

What you’ll do

 

The Operations Assistant provides various clerical and client support services to meet the needs of clients and ensure the operational effectiveness of the Court.  Services include responding to routine customer enquiries, courtroom assistance, processing court documents, daily correspondence, data entry and records management.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the court and registry.

 

  • Monitoring court proceedings and maintaining court files including exhibit management.

 

  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients by providing high quality client services, including by responding to client inquiries on routine procedural matters.

 

  • Accurately and clearly and in a courteous and timely manner face to face, by phone or in writing, recording action taken and following up where required.

 

  • Contributing to the efficient running of the courts.

 

  • Preparing files, courts and correspondence for Court and processing court documents (including subpoena material and exhibits) and court outcomes to ensure rules and requirements are met.
