Classification: Clerk Grade 5/6

Salary: $93,295 to $102,941 p.a. pro rata (excluding employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading.) 

Work type: Temporary, up to 12 months with a possibility of extension or conversion to ongoing, 21 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) – job-share arrangement   

 

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for you, a People & Culture Advisor, to join the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) People & Culture team. As a key HR partner to managers and employees, you will provide accurate and timely advice and support in the management and resolution of operational people matters.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with public sector and CSO policies and procedures, managing the CSO establishment, responding to queries regarding the full employee lifecycle, partnering with the CSO’s payroll shared services provider, monitoring employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and guidelines.

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience.
