Employment type – Temporary (12 Months) - Full Time
Salary – $110,266.00- $122,058.00 PA, Plus Employers Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading
Your role
A Program Coordinator position is required to work within the business unit Digital Customer Experience (DCX), Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD) division of NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
The Program Coordinator will work across multiple projects under DCX’s Digital Case File program providing a broad range of governance, reporting and administrative services. Crucially, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the DCF Program and its project teams,
This is an opportunity for a proficient Program Coordinator who is detail orientated, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to the development of high-quality services for the NSW Government and the people of NSW.
The role will be required to work from the office at least 2 days a week, with Sydney CBD and Parramatta as the main locations.
What you’ll do
- Prepare draft and/or research information for various documentation including processes and procedures, internal briefing notes, project artefacts and status reports, as well as preparing PowerPoint packs and other papers for meetings/committees.
- Coordinate and manage program documentation, complying with administrative systems and processes and policies to ensure that all documentation is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Manage HR resourcing, such as overseeing recruitment and leading onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, SteerCo meetings and team meetings
- Establish a library for business processes and checklists, and vendor contact lists.
- Manage and coordinate ICT contracts and related purchase orders as well as coordinating the work performed by stakeholders, to ensure that services are provided in accordance with agreed program and project requirements, standards, budget and timeframe.
- Assist the Project Managers and project teams in a timely manner with the delivery of strategic and operational projects and initiatives. In addition, you will carry out other adhoc duties as directed to ensure the smooth running of the program.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to respond quickly and provide accurate advice and support in response to a wide range of requests
- Strong project and time management experience underpinned by a sound understanding of Project Management methodologies
- A background working in high-pressure team settings and demonstrated ability to work flexibly and remain adaptable in dynamic work environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong documentation and reporting experience.
- Experience in all aspects of resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, financials and procurement.
- Experience with other Justice Sector Agencies and/or Government is advantageous
