Project Officer – NSW Trustee and Guardian
- Ongoing. 35 hours per week.

- Clerk Grade: Level 7/8. Base salary $110,266 to $122,058 per annum, plus superannuation, plus leave loading

The EPMO provides centralised project management oversight, guidance, and governance across the organisation. It helps achieve better project outcomes by providing a structured approach, consistent practices and objective assessments.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:
- Manage and support a range of projects that contribute to NSW Trustee and Guardian’s strategic initiatives.
- Oversee aspects of project implementation including planning, resource coordination, and budget tracking.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project development and decision-making.
- Assist in reviewing and improving service delivery effectiveness across the organisation.
- Provide timely updates and advice to stakeholders on project progress and implementation challenges.
- Support project team members in executing tasks and delivering outcomes.
- Prepare project documentation such as reports, status updates, budgets, and discussion papers.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and processes.

About you

- Proven experience managing or supporting projects in a government or service delivery context.
- Strong analytical and research skills to support evidence-based project development.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey project updates clearly.
- Skilled in preparing professional documentation including reports and project plans.
- Collaborative and supportive team member with the ability to guide others.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
