We are seeking enthusiastic legal support staff at various levels who are keen to learn and are interested in a career in a professional legal office. About the Legal Support Team 

As a member of the legal support team, you will receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all relevant aspects of legal practice administration.  You will work in a friendly, supportive team environment where you will be mentored by the Legal Support Manager to assist and support you in the development of your skills and experience.  Our legal secretaries provide legal secretarial support to solicitors in a specialist legal practice group and undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure that solicitors are fully supported in the delivery of legal services to clients. 

 

We have 3 secretarial roles in our Legal Support Team: 

Junior Legal Secretary   (Salary Classification: Clerk General Scale (Base Salary of $53,168 to $57,821 (remuneration package valued up to $64,667))

Legal Secretary   (Salary Classification: Clerk Grade 1/ 2 (Base Salary of $67,975 to 73,901 (remuneration package valued up to $82,651))

Senior Legal Secretary   (Salary Classification: Clerk Grade 3/4 (Base Salary of $75,992  to $83,211  (remuneration package valued up to $93,063))
