Salary ranging from $110,266 to $122,058pa.
Your role
Leads and develops various teams to meet statutory and administrative obligations and deliver high quality services to clients. The role promotes a working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance to achieve quality service delivery, organisational objectives, rewards innovation and good performance.
What you’ll do
- Manage staff and allocate resources to ensure registry standards are met and quality services are delivered to customers.
- Plan, monitor and organise workloads across teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage staff performance ensuring expectations are clear and understood.
- Contribute to the development of business improvements that enhance customer service and improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for
A motivated and dedicated team leader with:
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Ability to promote a team culture in which team members are encouraged to accept and initiate change and seek ways to improve the quality and timeliness of service delivery.
- Ability to develop skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles, and procedures
