- Location: This role is based in Parramatta or Sydney CBD. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
- Clerk Grade: 9/10. Salary $125,693 to $138,510 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Information and Technology division drives digital innovation and the way we interact with our customers through the development of digital products, IT support, cyber security, and information management services.
About the role
As the Senior Cloud Administrator, you will manage day to day ICT operations, lead the development of the Cloud Infrastructure and drive improvements across the ICT environment. This role will lead NSW Trustee and Guardian's ICT (Cloud) transformation journey; and is key to the success of its Digital Plan. You will design and implement solutions and collaborate with the Senior Manager IT Operations and Security and Key Internal Stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high quality customer support and expert functional, technical and system administration support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.
- Guide the activities of Technical Support Administrators responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisation’s ICT environment.
- Ensure the Agency’s day-to-day ICT operations run smoothly and securely.
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation on ICT projects and initiatives.
- Drive optimisation and efficiency across ICT operations
The Senior Cloud Administrator role will be expected to provide expert advice in the following areas:
- O365 Operations: Operational support, Maintenance and Enhancements
- O365 Project: Provide expert O365 advice and lead discussion around solution upgrades and functionality
- Microsoft Azure Cloud: Operational support, maintenance and enhancements
- Microsoft Azure Cloud: Provide expert advice around architecture changes to the environment
- Networking & Security: Operational support, maintenance and enhancements

About you
Application is encouraged if you demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- Extensive experience as a Senior Cloud Specialist with Microsoft Azure & O365 skills
- Demonstrated advanced support of Microsoft O365 and Azure Cloud environment
- Proven experience in Networking & Security will be highly regarded
- Competency in designing and building solutions relating to the above platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve cloud-related issues
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients may be required.
