Senior Contract Administrator
Location – Sydney
Employment type – Ongoing, Full Time
Salary – $125,693.00- $138,510.00 PA, Plus Employers Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading
Your role
You will report to the Director, Support Services and work alongside Managers of five business areas, supporting the work of NSW Courts and Tribunals. You will provide expertise across all stages of contract management, working closely with teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and seamless service delivery.
The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing established contracts, as well as transitional arrangements for any new arrangements. This will include ensuring information integrity, negotiating changes/modifications and monitoring supplier performance to deliver outcomes aligned with stakeholder expectations.
What you’ll do
- Develop detailed plans for monitoring and managing contracts and addressing supplier performance.
- Provide expert advice on current contracts to key stakeholders in DCJ, to support informed decision making.
- Establish relationships with internal stakeholders including operational business areas, procurement, legal and finance professionals, and external suppliers to ensure contracted services supplement excellent service delivery.
- Partner with staff from across Support Services providing high level advice and guidance to build expertise in procurement activities, contract management and improve practice and outcomes.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement.
