About the role
The Senior Project Officer develops and delivers a range of complex project initiatives for the Resilient Homes Program (RHP) with a focus on strategic governance and reporting on statutory and policy requirements.
You will champion best practice for program governance and develop policies and procedures that minimises the Authority’s exposure to risk.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for team members who can manage the delivery of community focused projects and who develop strong relationships with those they work with.

Track record of working collaboratively to provide business, project and operational support in a community focused environment.

Ability to be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change.

Someone who is able to use facts, knowledge and experience to put forward recommendations and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Ability to clearly communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well create opportunities for others to be heard.

A knowledge and understanding of disaster relief and recovery frameworks.

The NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporation that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.
