Full-time Senior Member, Consumer and Commercial Division

The Attorney General is seeking applications from qualified persons for appointment to NCAT as a full-time Senior Member under the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013.

Applicants for the role must be lawyers of at least seven years’ standing.

The Full Time Senior Member will be assigned to the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal and may be required to travel throughout NSW.

Applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged.
