  • Role based in Parramatta/Sydney CBD (other locations negotiable), with a fantastic hybrid working options. 

  • Clerk Grade 9/10, Salary relative to experience ($125,693 to $138,510) + super  

 

 

About the role 

As the Senior Project Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of complex projects across the Ministerial Coordination team within the NSW Reconstruction Authority.  

 

This role will be working closely with executive stakeholders and will ensure smooth partnership between agencies, government bodies and other external clients. 

 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly in changing situations and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

  • Proven experience in project management and achieving key deliverables. 

  • Ability to manage and navigate complex workplace cases to deliver effective outcomes for stakeholders.  

  • Critical problem solving and analytical thinking skills to assess situations and develop effective resolution strategies.   

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships with senior executives and management.  

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving complex people management issues, including stakeholder engagement, relationships/expectations management.
