Your role

 

Working for the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) you will deal with a broad and diverse range of matters, including guardianship matters, tenancy issues, and building works.

 

What you’ll do

 

You will manage a range of administrative, clerical and customer service tasks that are essential to meeting the operational and service delivery needs of the Tribunal.  These tasks may include:

 

  • Listing and preparing cases for hearing.
  • Responding to enquiries in person or received by phone or email.
  • Maintaining accurate case management records.
  • Complying with Tribunal practices and procedures.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • A quick learner and willing to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles and procedures
  • Experience in identifying client needs in a high-volume frontline operational environment
  • Someone who likes working with others to achieve team and organisational goals
