We are creating a Talent Pool for future Service Support Manager vacancies across the Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and North Sydney districts
The Talent Pool is valid for a period of up to 18 months and will be used to fill future temporary and ongoing vacancies that may arise
Salary- $97,027- $107,059 PA plus super and leave loading
The Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and Northern Sydney districts cover an area stretching from the coast at Pittwater west to Hornsby, down through Canada Bay and Canterbury to Sutherland. These districts cover both highly urbanised areas across Sydney, and industrialised areas around Port Botany.
We have Community Service Centres (CSCs) in the following locations across the district that you could work in:
Ashfield, Strawberry Hills, Chatswood, Pennant Hills & Hurstville
Your role
The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Customer Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
What you’ll do
You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Customer Service Centres.

• Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
• High level of organisation skills and time management.
• High level ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
• Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes
