We have an ongoing opportunity with Department of Communities & Justice within the Murrumbidgee Far West NSW District. 

 

 

Location – Walgett Community Service Centre - Murrumbidgee Far West & Western NSW District.

Employment type – Ongoing.

Salary – Clerk Grade 3/4 - $79,032 to $86,539 per annum + Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading.

Your role

 

 

The Senior Customer Service Officer will provide crucial high-level support to the Community Service Centre with responsibility for various key administrative functions. Core accountabilities include reception, mailbox and invoice management, liaising with various stakeholders, and working across a number of databases and systems.

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence with internal and external service providers, financial records, meeting minutes and coordination and actioning of tasks to support the effective operation of the unit.
  • Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate and stored correctly and securely
