Your role
Assisting the team by providing executive administrative support to Security Operations Group ( SOG ). Day to day activities may include:
-
Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence
-
Complete routine financial transactions and reconciliations
-
Complete procurement transactions
-
Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required
-
Complete routine travel processing
-
Review and submit maintenance requests
What we’re looking for

A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
-
Proficient in the use of computers and data entry
-
Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to assist where and when needed
-
Ability to deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones
-
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
-
High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
-
A true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Resilient and able to work in a role with competing priorities
